Junior Management Accountant

I am currently recruiting for a Junior Management Accountant to join a growing IT & Cybersecurity business based near Rugby (hybrid working arrangement available). This role, created out of growth, will join the financial planning & analysis team to assist both day to day activities as well as play a part in development of systems, processes, and innovation in order to develop the capability of the finance department.

You will join a small (but growing) team, reporting to the Senior Finance manager and assisting in areas such as monthly reporting, management of payments, payroll, and year end accounts.

The ideal candidate for this position will be part-qualified (CIMA, ACA/ACCA), currently in training elsewhere but feeling as though they''d like a more supportive, nurturing environment. The business would of course support completion of training. Strong skills with Microsoft Excel are preferred but specific knowledge of an accounting software is not necessary, as part of the growth planned is to incorporate new systems and take on new software to help streamline operations.
