Shift Pattern- 4 on 4 off Days and Nights What You Will Do: - Help deliver scheduled preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly and safely. - Respond quickly to breakdowns in designated areas, identifying likely causes and suggesting improvements to reduce repeat issues. - Communicate effectively with the Engineering Shift Manager or Principal Engineer and work with operations to minimise disruption. - Follow engineering standards and maintain strong hygiene practices in a high-compliance manufacturing setting. - Support timely reporting of Health and Safety, Animal Welfare, and Environmental issues as required. - Raise stock and non-stock request forms to support maintenance activities and continuous improvement.
