You will be directly involved in live commercial discussions from an early stage.The RoleAs Junior Licensing Officer, you will contribute across multiple active licensing programmes, supporting and advancing discussions with companies globally.Key responsibilities include:Engaging directly with companies to introduce licensing programmes and progress discussions towards executed agreementsConducting detailed research on target companies, industry sectors and product lines to identify commercial opportunitiesManaging written and verbal communications with multiple counterparties simultaneouslySupporting negotiations and assisting with the execution of licence agreementsAssisting with enforcement and dispute-related activities across various jurisdictionsContributing to broader business development and strategic initiativesAbout YouThis ..... full job details .....
