An International Law Firm is seeking a Junior Legal PA to join their Paris office, supporting senior lawyers within a fast-paced international practice group.

The firm is open to candidates currently working within professional services or legal environments who are looking to take the next step within an international setting.

The Junior Legal PA''s role:

• Managing diaries and coordinating meetings

• Assisting with legal document preparation and formatting

• Organising travel and expense management

• Supporting billing administration and client onboarding

• Liaising with international clients and stakeholders

The successful Junior Legal PA will have:

• Previous administrative experience within legal or professional services

• Fluent French and strong English communication skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A confident and professional manner

• Ability to work within a busy international environment
