They are a dynamic organisation who are expanding globally and have an enviable reputation within their industry. We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Junior Legal Counsel to support our legal and contractual operations across corporate, project, and commercial matters. The Role This could be either a part-time or full time position to suit the successful applicant. Days worked and hours are all negotiable. You will be required to work in the office but some hybrid days could be available if required. You will provide legal support across the company''s operations, with a focus on corporate legal matters, project contracts, commercial agreements, compliance, and risk management. The role requires someone who can work independently while collaborating closely with project, commercial, finance, and management teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in corporate law and project contracting, particularly within engineering, infrastructure, utilities, EPC, environmental, or industrial sectors.
