Junior IT Support Analyst - £26k-£33k depending on experience + Flexible Benefits - Full time On Site in Borehamwood - Permanent role NO Sponsorship is given for this role. Leading IT Consultancy with offices in UK and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland) is looking to recruit a permanent 1st Line Support/Helpdesk and Test Analyst to satisfy internal and client requirements. We deliver a range of services from IT Consultancy, Software Project Development and Application Support Services for our corporate clients covering Insurance, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics andamp; Leasing, Publishing and Charity domains (including UN organizations) which are well-known names. As OCS is part of an Employee Ownership Trust, after a qualifying period, the successful candidate will be able to contribute to the company''s future vision and share in the profits. The role is based in our office for five (5) days per week but some Working From Home once onboarded is negotiable, so you must be willing and able to commute to Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD61QQ. You will have support to learn from day one. You will work as a part of a team, alongside skilled and experienced individuals who will mentor you. You will learn the tools, techniques and approaches used in Testing and 1st Line/Helpdesk Support and apply them in the workplace, learning how to deliver on time and to budget.
