Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

The role
You’ll be part of a wider team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing trades and financial transactions
- Setting up and updating client accounts
- Supporting investment activity (switches, rebalances, etc.)
- Handling dividends and payments
- Checking data and resolving any issues
- Supporting general admin linked to investments
- Working to daily deadlines as part of a team
It’s a varied role where you’ll pick up valuable skills quickly.

You don’t need finance experience, the righ attitude matters more.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has great attention to detail
- Is organised and reliable
- Is comfortable using Excel and working with data
- Enjoys a structured, fast-paced environment
- Communicates well and works well in a team
- Is keen to learn and build a career
Bonus (not essential):
- Previous admin office/ financial services experience
- A degree or interest in finance/business
