Junior Instrumentation Technician - Field Workshop

Your new roleAs a Junior Instrumentation Technician, you will work closely with an experienced engineering team to assist with both workshop-based tasks and field-based activities on client sites. This means you will gain exposure to a full spectrum of instrumentation work, from preparing, assembling and testing equipment in the workshop, through to supporting installations, maintenance and commissioning in real operational environments.Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Assisting with the installation and wiring of instrumentation devices, sensors, transmitters and control panels.Carrying out calibration, testing and repair tasks in the workshop and on customer sites.Supporting fault-finding and diagnostics on instrumentation and basic electrical systems.Helping prepare job packs, documentation and service reports.Maintaining tools, equipment and a safe working space in both the workshop and client ..... full job details .....
