internal data analytics capability . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Insights Analyst to develop their career in data analytics, working with senior stakeholders and driving actionable insights across the business.Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain

Power BI dashboards and reports

to deliver clear, actionable insights.Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Consulting teams to understand reporting requirements.Support the development of the company''s internal

data and analytics strategy .Provide analysis on key business metrics to inform decision-making.Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to drive process improvements and best practices in data reporting.Skills and Experience

Strong working knowledge of

Power BI

(dashboards, data modelling, DAX).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to

business partner

and explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.Good understanding of
