Job Title: Junior Implementation Consultant
Location: Hybrid - Bristol (minimum 4 days in-office during probation)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week

We''re looking for a Junior Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of tailored software solutions to new and existing clients. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical and data analysis skills, with excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure software to meet client needs
- Assist with data migration and cleansing
- Provide project and client support throughout implementation
- Contribute to documentation and user training materials
- Work closely with developers and project managers using Agile methodology

Requirements:

- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience
- Proactive team player with strong communication skills

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Agile, software testing, Azure, or ISO standards
- ISEB/ISTQB certification (beneficial but not required)
