Junior ICT Technician

Junior ICT Technician - 6 Month ContractMy client is seeking a Junior ICT Technician to support the day to day running of ICT systems. This role will assist the Network Manager in maintaining and developing ICT services.Key Responsibilities• Assist with maintaining networks, systems, and computer equipment• Provide hardware and software support• Support user account administration and diagnose technical issues• Install software, carry out basic repairs, and manage ICT assets• Monitor systems including antivirus and e safety tools• Assist with website updates and digital content where required• Maintain documentation and uphold GDPR and e safety standardsIdeal Candidate• Basic experience or strong interest in ICT support• MS knowledge, 365 etc• Good troubleshooting and communication skills• Ability to support users both remotely and on siteThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands on experience within an ICT environment. ..... full job details .....
