This role will involve working closely with senior engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure successful delivery of HVAC systems in office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate HVAC, public health, and BMS installations, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to design and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues, and oversee subcontractors for smooth installations.
• Provide clear project updates and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Level 4 in Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards
• Driving Licence.
