Job title: Junior HRBP Location: Remote Contract Length: 6 monthsWorking Hours: 37.5 hours/weekPay Rate: Approx max rate 30 About the Role The Junior HR Partner and HR Analyst supports the business and the INBHR team by delivering high-quality HRP support and providing actionable people insights. The role combines day-to-day HR partnering support (e.g., employee lifecycle, policy guidance, documentation, stakeholder coordination) with HR analytics (e.g., presentations, dashboards, reporting, metrics, and insights to improve decision-making). This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to build broad HR exposure while developing strong analytical capability. Key Responsibilities: Partnering Support Support the HR Partner/HRBP in delivering core HR services across the employee lifecycleEffective handling of routine HR cases and lifecycle changes with strong customer satisfaction.Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR queries; provide accurate, consistent guidance within policy and escalate complex matters appropriately.Support Sr HRP in the management of organizational transformation as required (preparing information, data, insights and reporting)Support employee relations case administration (meeting coordination, note taking, document management, tracking actions) while maintaining confidentiality.Partner with HR shared services to ensure timely and accurate support and services to employees, championing the use of AI and ..... full job details .....
