We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join the BSM team.

This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite in our Bristol office, working across a huge portfolio of international trade exhibitions — in London, Las Vegas, Singapore and Sydney.

You’ll be responsible for delivering designs across print, digital, and on-site event graphics. Your work will feature in major publications, international venues, and across our brand’s digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership and think creatively while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Designing event graphics, signage, showguides, brochures, and digital adsCreating sales and sponsorship collateral — media packs and presentationsProducing banners, social media graphics, and visualsWorking closely with the Operations team to bring each event to life visually, onsiteKeeping our visual identity consistent across all platforms

You will need:

A strong portfolio or examples of print and digital design work — brochures, ads, socials, etcExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)A great communicator, friendly and approachable with passion for design and creative conceptsSomeone who’s super organised, confident following various briefs, has meticulous attention to detail, and can handle multiple projects at onceA can-do attitude and the ability to jump in and react quickly when neededBonus points for video editing skills or any experience in events

Salary - £26,000
