The company Our client is a fast-growing, British-owned AI company based in Shropshire. Their product is an AI virtual assistant that talks naturally with members of the public. It''s already used by organisations in retail, education, hospitality, automotive and the charity sector to answer questions, take bookings and guide people to the right information. The role As Deployment Engineer, you''ll install and set up the AI system for customers and keep it running smoothly. There are two parts to the system: a server application on Linux and a client application on Windows PCs. Your job is to get them installed, connected and working together. You''ll work from clear, documented instructions, and a development team is on hand whenever you hit something you can''t solve. You''ll also have AI tools to help you along the way. You''ll report directly to the CTO, so you''ll learn from the people who built the technology. What you''ll be doing Installing and configuring the product on Linux servers and Windows PCs.
