Junior FX Broker - Relocate to Milan

We are looking for ambitious, driven and commercially minded Junior FX Brokers to join our growing team in Milan. Please note this position is to relocate to Milan. Flights and accommodation provided. This is a sales-focused role suited to candidates who enjoy speaking to people, building relationships and working towards targets. You will be responsible for contacting businesses across international markets, introducing our foreign exchange services and identifying companies that could benefit from more efficient FX solutions. You don''t need previous FX experience - we''re looking for people with the right attitude, resilience and sales ability. Full training on the FX market, our products and sales process will be provided. What You''ll Be Doing Making a high volume of outbound calls to business owners, finance directors and other key decision-makers. Introducing our FX and international payments services to prospective clients. Identifying businesses with international currency exposure and understanding their requirements. Building rapport and developing relationships with potential clients over the phone. Qualifying leads and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline. Working closely with senior brokers and account managers to convert opportunities into new business. Following up with prospects by phone and email.
