Junior Financial Analyst

Duties include:Group revenue and gross profit reconciliationsSales commission calculationsSupport with the transition away from reports generated using Microsoft Excel into Power BIFinancial planning and analysis including budgetingProduction of business performance reportsSupporting and evaluating bids and tenders with financial data and modelsWork closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Qualifications and ExperienceYou must be ACCA, ACA or CIMA part-qualifiedExperience in a similar environmentExperience with Power BI or a similar data visualisation software packageProficient with Microsoft packages - strong Excel skills is a mustExperience using Sage IntacctAbility to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detailGood business acumenUses initiative to problem solve Desirable AttributesWillingness to learn and progress toward full qualification.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial information clearly.Tenacity and enjoyment of problem solvingProactive, solution-oriented and continuous improvement mindsetAbout ersgSet up in 2008, ersg is an award winning, international leader in staffing services to the global energy and built environment markets.
