      <description>Location: Middlesbrough | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are recruiting a Junior Estimator on behalf of a well-established engineering and fabrication business based on Teesside.   Working alongside experienced estimators and reporting to the Proposals Engineer, you will support the preparation of accurate quotations and tender submissions for engineering and fabrication projects.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to develop their technical, commercial and estimating knowledge within a practical engineering environment.    The role   As a Junior Estimator, you will review customer enquiries, technical drawings and specifications to help establish the material, labour, subcontractor, plant and equipment costs associated with each project.   You will work closely with estimating, engineering, production, planning, procurement and supply chain teams, gaining valuable experience in fabrication methods, commercial costing and project delivery.
