Key Responsibilities: Review architectural drawings, specifications, and client enquiries to understand project requirements. Analyse layouts, dimensions, finishes, acoustic requirements, and installation considerations. Prepare clear technical enquiries where additional information or clarification is required. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical information. Produce accurate cost estimates and formal quotations. Ensure quotations accurately reflect specifications, lead times, and installation requirements. Maintain organised records of enquiries, estimates, and quotations.
