Responsibilities of the Junior Estimator: - Collation & review of tender documents to gain a solid project understanding- Measurement of technical drawings using both CAD & traditional measurement methods- Working amongst our wider team to obtain job specific market rates for materials Liaison with business partners and subcontractors to obtain site specific quotations- Establishing new and building existing relationships with clients / contractors / suppliers- Coordinate site visits with team members to understand project logistics / constraints Creation & preparation of bills of quantities / schedules of rates for submission to clients- Presentation of tenders for adjudication with senior management team- Attending meetings with clients to discuss...
