industry. As a result of the company’s success, they are now looking to recruit a

Junior Performance Analyst

to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.Reporting to the

Head of Performance , the

Junior Performance Analyst

will take responsibility for the following duties:Calculating and analysing performance and attribution using specific performance systems as well as some manual spreadsheetsProduction of performance reportsDeveloping performance data and performance systems to enhance the performance reporting processLeading ad hoc data-centric projects to improve efficiency within the Performance teamWriting commentaries to explain fund performanceEnhancing the current performance reporting process by using advanced Excel, VBA and/or SQLThe

Junior Performance Analyst

will meet the following skill set:1-3 years experience

within an investment management houseExperience of

report production within investment operations preferredSees themselves as a

natural problem solverHighly numerate – numerical degree is preferredVBA/SQL

and

Python
