Responsibilities
- 1st line IT support
- Investigating & troubleshooting IT problems
- Logging calls within the ticketing software
- Recording solutions within the system
- Maximising the effectiveness of the system
- Escalating tickets when necessary
- Meeting targets & deadlines
- Providing desktop support
- Desire to learn
- Interest in IT
- Team player
- Confidence to answer phone calls and deal with tickets on the system
