Junior Engineer

Location - High Wycombe
Job Type - Permanent
Salary - Up to £27,000
Working Hours - Monday to Friday (1pm finish on a Friday)

Whether you’ve recently finished a course, completed an apprenticeship, or enjoy building and fixing things in your spare time, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills with a supportive engineering team.

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Engineer who is keen to learn, grow, and get stuck into real engineering work from day one.

• Assisting with the assembly of electronic components and products
• Carrying out basic testing and inspections
• Supporting fault-finding activities with guidance from senior engineers
• Following technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation
• Helping maintain a tidy and organised workshop/lab environment

• A strong interest in electronics or engineering
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits and components (study or hobby experience is fine)
• A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Any relevant qualification (college, NVQ, apprenticeship, or degree) would be beneficial but not essential
