Job Title: Junior Embedded Software Engineer Location: Cambridge (On-Site Working)Salary: £35,000 £45,000 + Bonus and Benefits (Depending on Experience)Please Note: All Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without the need for VISA sponsorship now or in the future.Overview: An opportunity has arisen with a repeat client who are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team developing embedded software for next-generation electronic control systems.A successful candidate will be working closely with experienced software, systems and hardware engineers to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to exciting new technologies.An ideal candidate will have at least 1-Year of Experience outside of University however we are happy to consider candidates who have done a Sandwich Degree and completed a year in Industry during their studies, as well as Graduates with the right skillset and attitude to development.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain embedded software for prototype and production systems. Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through to implementation, testing and deployment. Develop embedded C software and reusable libraries/components across multiple products. Plan and execute software testing, verification and validation activities.
