Junior Electrical Project Engineer

Our client, a prominent company in the data centre sector, is seeking a Junior Electrical Project Engineer to join their operations team in Dublin, Ireland. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical engineering projects from concept through to completion
• Support senior engineers in preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes
• Ensure all work complies with relevant Irish and EU regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate project records and assist in preparing reports for internal and client use
• Compile the Operation and Maintenance Manual, as well as oversee the commissioning and handover process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Ireland
