Adaptable and flexibility is vital and naturally, you will have a love of food and be up to date with all things food related.The role will involve: Managing multi-operations New site openings Involvement in menu development, innovations and implementing these in sites Recruiting, training and developing teams across the business Working closely with Senior Management, Marketing and Sales Teams Supporting and covering sites as requiredWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per weekYou, as the ideal candidate, would be an Exec Chef, Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef with a stable work history experienced within BandI staff dining, corporate hospitality and high volume totally food obsessed as well as creative and innovative exceptionally organised with time management skills a people person - able to communicate and work with a wide range of people financially astute and understand accounts/budgets/cost control attentive to detail and presentation up to date with food trends, concepts and all things ..... full job details .....
