Junior Developer

£28,860 per year (London Living Wage) Permanent full-time (37.5 hours per week) Hybrid working with 3 days a week in our London Bridge Office What the job involves We''re looking for a Junior Developer to join our Technology and Solutions team and help colleagues across the charity make better use of data, systems and automation. You''ll work alongside our small development team, reporting to the Product and Delivery Manager and supported by experienced technical colleagues. You''ll contribute across the full development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and writing code to testing, deployment and support. You''ll develop and maintain software applications and automation, troubleshoot issues, document solutions and respond to first-line requests involving data development and analysis. You''ll also help improve SharePoint and Microsoft 365 processes and work with tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, PHP, Power Automate, TOCA.IO and Copilot Studio. As our use of AI develops, you''ll help identify, prototype and test practical solutions that reduce manual effort and improve how teams work, while making sure they are accurate, safe, well documented and used with appropriate human oversight.
