The role: Manage the full product lifecycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, production Work within a development team and independently on your own projects Build physical models and prototypes, and test them in the workshop Spot design or production issues early and engineer solid fixes What you''ll need: Strong 3D CAD skills (Ideally Solidworks or similar) MEng or Product Design Degree/Qualifications- Nice to have: Good knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods: injection moulding, CNC, sheet metal, casting Nice to have: Comfortable using workshop tools to build and test models A curious, analytical, problem-solving mindset Full UK working rights - unable to offer sponsorship- Salary: circa -30,000, excellent working culture, plenty of opportunities for training and progression.
