      <description>Location: High Wycombe | Salary: &amp;pound;30000 - &amp;pound;40000/annum | Type: Permanent | The Role  We are looking for an experienced Junior Design Engineer to join a precision engineering and manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will design tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing processes, ensuring designs meet customer requirements and high-quality standards.  You will work closely with engineering and production teams to develop practical, accurate designs and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.   Key Responsibilities     Design tools, dies, jigs and fixtures using CAD software.   Produce detailed and accurate design drawings and documentation.   Interpret technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements.   Work closely with engineers and machinists to ensure designs are practical and suitable for manufacture.   Develop and test prototypes where required to validate design concepts.   Identify and implement design improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
