Junior Anaylst Location: Plymouth Salary: £30,000 £35,000 + Excellent Benefits Company: Leading Maritime and Engineering Business Career Opportunity A leading Maritime business in Plymouth is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to support the Commercial Lead and Finance team in tracking, evaluating, and reporting on the financial performance of key projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain exposure to project accounting and commercial finance, while developing advanced analytical skills and building a long-term career path in Finance. The Role The Junior Finance Analyst will maintain accurate financial data, update monthly trackers, and provide analysis to support effective decision-making across multiple projects. Working closely with Finance and Project teams, you ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial oversight and supporting future project success. Responsibilities Contribute to the monthly financial reporting cycle Support the preparation of forecasts and project financial plans Generate cash flow profiles and monitor milestone payments Work with Finance and Commercial teams to support invoicing Update monthly financial trackers, budgets, and timesheets in real time Ensure accuracy and integrity of project financial data, resolving discrepancies Provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision making Assist with compliance, audit preparation, and reporting improvements Requirements Strong ..... full job details .....
