We’re looking for a
Junior Data Analyst
to join our growing i22 Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their data career who is eager to learn and progress in a fast-paced media and technology environment.You’ll support the delivery of client reporting and data products, working closely with our Senior Data Manager and wider team.Key Responsibilities
Support the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI, Looker Studio, and Funnel.Work closely with the Senior Data Manager to understand client requirements and translate them into clear, actionable outputs.Carry out data checks, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.Run and distribute regular reports for internal teams and clients.Recommend and implement improvements to reporting structures and processes.Produce and maintain documentation and guides to support reporting best practices within i22.Help identify trends and opportunities across client data to inform decisions.Deliverables / Measures of Success
Accurate, timely delivery of reports and dashboards for clients.Clear evidence of improving existing reporting frameworks and processes.Positive feedback from clients and the Senior Data Manager on quality of insights and support.Demonstrating curiosity and initiative in solving data challenges and suggesting improvements.Shows development of skills and growing independence in delivering reports and insights.Key Requirements
Technical:Ideally 1+ years’ experience in a media agency, analytics, or data-focused role.A good understanding of media channels and performance metrics, or a strong interest in developing this knowledge.Proficient in Excel, with an interest in learning Power BI and other data visualisation tools.Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling large datasets.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights.Personal:Strong communicator – able to explain findings in a concise, clear way.Curious and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in consumer behaviour, media, and data.Client-focused with a proactive, “get things done” approach.Creative thinker, open to new ways of solving problems.What We Offer
