Overview

Role: Data Analyst (part-time) within the Head of Business Intelligence. Hours per week: 20 hours (8:00 – 12:00), Monday to Friday. Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days working from home. Reports to: Head of Business Intelligence.Role Description

You will be part of a small team responsible for the creation, maintenance and analysis of data reporting and general business intelligence. You will focus on supporting Sales, Marketing and GTM functions across the organisation, providing robust and accessible data outputs.Responsibilities

Maintenance of multiple weekly and daily reportsCreation of visual dashboards to provide commercial insight and remove data ambiguityAnalysis of market trends using internal and external data sourcesWork with internal stakeholders to improve efficiencyAd hoc data analysis and report creationAssist with the development and preparation of the organisation’s data strategy and general business planningMaintain contact with internal and external “client/customers” relating to data issuesMaintain accurate data and other associated records and activitiesInteract and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customersFrom time to time, you may have the opportunity to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role even where these fall outside your own department/teamInduction and Training

Candidates will receive a thorough induction and onboarding process, covering:Product training – understanding and getting hands on time with a range of CE products such as 4K TVs, Refrigeration, Laundry and othersIntroduction to other departments and understanding their rolesAttend regular meetings with sales and product teamsWeekly 1-2-1 meetings with line managerInternal training and support to learn skills and data knowledgeProficient in ExcelGood understanding of data analysisProblem solver / logical thinkerExcellent attention to detailA strong work ethicAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCommunicate effectively to stakeholdersTeam playerAbout Hisense
