Reading (hybrid – 3 times per week on-site)Contract Length:

13 weeks (with visibility to extend)Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse home-to-office mileage data to assess the impact of location changes.Cleanse and validate workforce data in Oracle to ensure accurate classification (home, field, office workers).Identify employees whose contracted base location differs from their nearest office and recommend changes.Support cost modelling for additional travel expenses due to office moves.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure data alignment with policy.Produce clear reports and spreadsheets to support strategic decision-making.Present findings in a concise and actionable format to senior stakeholders.Key RequirementsStrong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualisation.Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful insights.Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.Ability to interpret data and produce clear, structured reports.Familiarity with Oracle or similar data systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Willingness to learn basic HR policies and location-related terms.Start ..... full job details .....
