KEY DUTIES As a Junior Cybersecurity and Networking Technician, you will: Assist with the monitoring of client networks and systems. Support the identification and reporting of potential cybersecurity threats. Help configure and maintain networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless access points. Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote support tools. Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions. Support security software deployment, updates, and maintenance. Help investigate cybersecurity alerts and escalate issues where required.
