A well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Bedfordshire is looking for a technology-driven Junior Cyber Security Support Technician to join their team. KEY DUTIES Assist with monitoring security alerts and escalating potential threats to senior team members. Support the deployment and management of cyber security tools, including antivirus and endpoint protection solutions. Help maintain user account security, including password management and access controls. Assist with security checks, system updates, and vulnerability management activities. Support investigations into security incidents and help document findings and actions taken. Maintain accurate records of security tasks, incidents, and compliance-related activities. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS A strong interest in cyber security and information technology. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
