Junior Cyber Security Support Analyst

A Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Bedford is seeking a technology-focused Junior Cyber Security Support Analyst to join their growing team. KEY DUTIES Assist with monitoring client systems for security alerts and suspicious activity. Support the deployment and maintenance of security software, including antivirus and endpoint protection tools. Help perform routine cyber security checks and ensure systems remain up to date with the latest patches. Assist with user account administration, including password resets and multi-factor authentication setup. Record and document security incidents, support requests, and resolutions within the service desk system. Work with senior engineers to investigate security concerns and implement preventative measures. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS A strong interest in cyber security and information technology. Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to follow established processes. Good communication skills and the ability to provide professional customer service. An eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills. Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, or cyber security concepts would be advantageous.
