ROLE of the Junior Consultant: Supporting consultants with the identification of top-level talents Researching and engaging with potential candidates Identifying and engaging of potential candidates. Developing and executing successful delivery strategies Preparing progress reports for clients. Collaborating with the team to write candidate reports and produce shortlists for clients Assisting with projects such as BD campaigns, drafting presentations, and case studies etc Developing and managing of a personal network of professional contacts, fostering relationships built on credibility and trust. Learning and developing market knowledge in associated industries and geographical areas.
