What You Will Do:- Perform end-to-end vehicle validation for connected car services using mobile and smartwatch platforms.- Prepare and ensure availability of required test resources prior to validation execution.- Raise and track incident tickets in the incident management system through to closure.- Assist in triage investigations, identifying impacted areas such as vehicle systems, backend processes, and mobile apps.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support root cause analysis and resolution of issues.- Follow testing methods and procedures aligned with company specifications and regulatory standards.
