This is an outstanding opportunity for someone comfortable with conflicts, who can hit the ground running to join a collaborative and supportive team at a firm renowned for its progressive culture and genuine work-life balance.The Role As a Junior Conflicts Officer, you will play a critical role in running conflict checks and supporting with regulatory compliance across a broad range of practice areas. You''ll support fee earners and partners on multi-jurisdictional matters, providing timely, commercial advice that ensures best-in-class client service while protecting the firm''s reputation. Reviewing new client and matter intake for conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and risk. Analysing complex conflict scenarios and escalating where appropriate. Advising stakeholders on risk management and regulatory compliance. Contributing to the development of internal policies and training. Acting as a trusted mentor to junior team members.About You? Minimum 2 years'' experience in conflicts, within a UK or international law firm. Strong working knowledge of SRA rules, professional conduct, and guidelines. Exceptional analytical skills with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
