Junior Compliance Manager - IP Law Firm

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will support the firm''s regulatory and risk management framework, helping to ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and professional obligations. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operation of the firm''s compliance and risk function. Conduct client and matter onboarding, including CDD, KYC and AML due diligence checks. Review sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening results and escalate findings where appropriate. Assist with conflicts checks and risk assessments for new instructions. Support the delivery of compliance training across the firm. Handle queries from fee earners and business services teams regarding risk and compliance matters. About You Previous experience within a legal compliance, AML, risk or conflicts role. Good understanding of AML regulations, client due diligence requirements and financial crime prevention.
