Junior Commercialisation Manager

As a Junior Commercialisation Manager in Sheffield, you will help deliver commercial activity across Property sites, working closely with Marketing & Agency teams to keep plans organised and on track. You will coordinate day-to-day activity that helps bring commercial opportunities to life and supports clear delivery across the business.

Description

• Coordinate commercialisation activity across relevant sites, ensuring actions are planned and delivered to agreed timescales.
• Work with Marketing & Agency colleagues to turn commercial plans into clear day-to-day actions.
• Maintain accurate records of commercial activity, deadlines and key project information.
• Help prepare materials and updates for internal discussions, keeping information clear and current.
• Track progress across live activity and flag delays or missing information promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to support the smooth delivery of agreed activity.
• Organise project documentation so that commercial information is easy to access and use.
• Support the review of completed activity, helping the team capture useful outcomes and next actions.

Profile

A successful Junior Commercialisation Manager'' should have:

• Experience coordinating projects, campaigns or commercial activity from planning through to delivery.
• Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines while keeping accurate records.
• Confidence preparing clear updates, documents and presentation materials.
• Experience working with colleagues across different teams to complete shared actions.
• Strong organisational skills and a practical approach to resolving day-to-day issues.
• Ability to track activity, follow up actions and keep stakeholders informed.

Job Offer

• Permanent Junior Commercialisation Manager position based in London.
• Salary of -32,500 to -35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
