Junior Commercial Counsel - 0-2 PQE - South West - Flexible

This role offers the opportunity to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across a diverse range of strategic and operational matters. Client Details We are seeking a commercially minded Solicitor to join a high-performing Legal Team within a leading consumer-facing business Description Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial contracts, including supply, technology, logistics and services agreements. Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business. Support strategic procurement projects, supplier negotiations and key commercial initiatives. Identify, assess and manage legal and commercial risks to support informed decision-making. Advise on data protection, privacy and information governance matters. Provide guidance on regulatory, consumer, competition and intellectual property issues. Develop, maintain and improve contract templates, standard terms and legal playbooks. Manage pre-litigation disputes and liaise with external legal advisers where required. Deliver training and guidance to stakeholders on legal, contractual and compliance matters. Drive continuous improvement across legal processes, promoting efficiency, consistency and best practice. . Profile Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. Proven experience advising on commercial legal matters, either in private practice or in-house.
