      <description>Location: Lincoln | Salary: 28000.00-28000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | A growing manufacturer of cosmetic and personal care products based in the Lincolnshire area are once again expanding their team. Going from strength to strength, they are looking for another additional development chemist, who will bring some post graduate formulation experience and bags of enthusiasm for developing a wide range of products across skincare, haircare and bodycare.  What you will do:  Bench formulation across skincare, haircare, and body categories Develop new products from concept through to stable, manufacturable formula For a range of customer brands across the sector, and for company own brands. Run and interpret lab trials, iterate quickly, document clearly Challenge existing approaches Collaborate closely with NPD lead and wider technical team   What you will need:  A chemistry or cosmetic science or closely related degree or higher Some previous experience of formulating within the personal care / cosmetics industry A drive to develop and take ownership of your own projects A real passion for formulating awesome products</description>
