Junior Cad Technician

Marble Talent Group are seeking a Junior CAD Technician to join our clients growing team. The Junior CAD Technician will support the delivery of high-quality technical drawings across a variety of projects, including utility investigations, PAS128-compliant surveys, and topographical surveys. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career to gain hands-on experience in CAD and surveying within a collaborative, fast-paced consultancy environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings for utility mapping, topographical surveys, and site investigations. Work from data collected on-site by survey teams to generate clear and professional CAD outputs. Update and revise drawings based on survey results, engineering input, and client feedback. Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and geospatial specialists to interpret technical data and translate it into CAD formats. Maintain organised records of drawing files, layers, and revisions in line with internal protocols. Support the preparation of deliverables for clients, such as base plans, utility overlays, and drawing packages. Participate in training sessions to build technical knowledge in CAD standards, survey workflows, and geospatial data handling. Assist with site data processing or visit sites (with supervision) to develop an understanding of field-to-desk workflows.
