Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior CAD Estimator & Project Manager to join a growing construction and commercial fit-out team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on CAD experience to develop a career in construction design, estimating, and project management.

You will work on office refurbishments, cellular office builds, and property projects, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate CAD drawings for office refurbishments and commercial builds

• Interpret client briefs and technical requirements

• Conduct measured site surveys and capture site data/photos

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations

• Raise purchase orders and monitor project budgets

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams

• Attend site visits and support on-site project delivery

• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met throughout the project

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience using CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)

• Experience in construction, architecture, interior fit-out, or a related technical environment

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Highly organised with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and contractors

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Desirable:

• Experience in interior fit-out or refurbishment projects

• Exposure to estimating or cost planning

• Basic understanding of UK building regulations

• Site survey experience
