Job Title: Junior CAD Designer - Working for a Facades/ Cladding Subcontractor

Location: Coventry (Office Based)

Salary: -22,000 - -27,000 + Package

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior CAD Designer to join our growing Cladding and Facades team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or entry-level designer with a passion for construction and design to develop their skills within a specialist business. The successful candidate will support the design team in producing accurate CAD drawings, assisting with project detailing, and contributing to innovative building envelope solutions. This role offers hands-on experience, training, and long-term career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Requirements:

• Some knowledge or understanding of fa-ade and cladding systems
• Previous experience with CAD design is preferred (academic or professional)

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate CAD drawings to support project designs
• Assist in the detailing of fa-ade and cladding systems
• Work closely with senior designers and project managers on technical solutions
• Support the preparation of design documentation and specifications
• Help with design revisions and updates throughout project stages
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements
• Maintain organised drawing files and project records
