Role Title: Junior Business Development Manager Location: Central London (Office-based Mon-Thu with UK client travel / WFH Friday) Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (OTE 35,000 - 40,000) + Fully Covered Travel Expenses Security Clearance: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) (Sole UK Citizenship required) Position Summary This is an entry-to-junior level opportunity designed to fast-track your career in technical business development. Working directly alongside our Business Development Directors, you will learn the end-to-end sales and account management process within high-barrier engineering sectors. You will be given hands-on responsibility from day one-initiating client contacts, building relationships with senior technical stakeholders, and preparing commercial proposals-with the clear trajectory to progress into a full Business Development Consultant.
