This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. You will support the IT Business Analysis team in understanding business problems, documenting requirements, mapping processes and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.Working alongside experienced Business Analysts, solution architects and project teams, you will gain hands-on experience, structured development and opportunities to build your career within an established BA community. Key Responsibilities:Develop a foundational understanding of business systems and processes.Participate in workshops, meetings and requirements-gathering sessions.Gather, analyse, validate and document business requirements.Support business process mapping, gap analysis and requirements definition.Create and maintain documentation, including requirements lists, process flows and workshop outputs.Assist with reviewing supplier and project documentation.Work alongside Senior Business Analysts, IT teams and stakeholders to understand challenges and explore ..... full job details .....
