You will oversee the Building Compliance Team, coordinate servicing and inspection programmes, monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance records are accurate and up to date. Working closely with the Head of Asset Management and National Fire and Building Safety Officer, you will help ensure safety requirements are met, remedial actions are completed promptly and residents remain safe. The role is home-based, with an office base in Swindon and nationwide travel as required.
