Responsibilities of the Junior BIM Coordinator:

• Support the team in delivering BIM projects across every RIBA work stage
• Contribute to the rollout of BIM standards, workflows and best practice
• Coordinate models and keep a check on the quality of information
• Provide project teams with support on BIM software and processes

Requirements for the Junior BIM Coordinator:

• A degree in architectural technology
• Relevant post-qualification experience in a BIM-focused role within a practice
• Practical understanding of BIM technologies and architectural processes
• Strong Revit skills
• Awareness of statutory requirements, quality management, and health and safety
• Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Based within commuting distance of Newark
